Representative Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) has raised alarms about the future of congressional investigations should Democrats regain control of the House of Representatives this November.
During an appearance on the “Cats Roundtable” radio show, Jordan expressed concerns that a Democratic majority would lead to renewed scrutiny of President Donald Trump, his family, and members of his Cabinet.
“They say they’re not going to, but we know they will—this is just a portent of what’s to come,” Jordan warned, suggesting that Democrats would launch an unprecedented third impeachment against Trump.
