Donald Trump’s supporters intended to show the president enjoying a relaxed holiday weekend at his New Jersey golf club.
Instead, their photographs and videos reignited questions about the 80-year-old’s health, appearance and increasingly scrutinized public condition.
The footage, shared by MAGA influencer Michael Solakiewicz, showed Trump meeting admirers, driving a golf cart and walking through Trump National Golf Club Bedminster with security personnel.
Another series of photographs posted by former White House aide John McEntee appeared to show significant discoloration or bruising on Trump’s arm—similar to marks visible in earlier images taken during the summer.
The president also displayed noticeably darker hair, pronounced shadows beneath his eyes and a complexion that appeared different from his familiar television appearance.
None of those visual observations establishes that Trump has a medical problem. Photographs can be affected by lighting, angles, image processing and other factors, and bruising can have many possible explanations.
Yet at an age when every movement is examined—and amid months of speculation about his health—the images quickly attracted attention.
Supporters Share Unexpectedly Revealing Footage
Trump traveled from the White House to Bedminster on Friday and remained at his golf property through the long weekend.
One video posted Sunday showed the president posing with conservative radio host Michael Savage, who carried a copy of his book Trump’s War.
Trump rose from a table, buttoned his jacket and stood beside Savage for the photograph. During the brief interaction visible online, he did not appear to make eye contact with the host.
Other footage showed Trump behind the wheel of a golf cart while wearing a white polo shirt and red cap.
A separate clip captioned “The MAGA King” followed him as he moved through a crowd at the club with casually dressed security officers nearby.
Solakiewicz also shared a golf-course photograph of Trump wearing a red cap carrying the message: “Trump Was Right About Everything.”
The images were clearly posted as celebrations of the president. But their informal nature offered the public a less controlled view than official White House photography or carefully framed television appearances.

Bruising Visible Again
The most closely examined detail appeared in photographs McEntee posted Monday.
In one image, Trump’s arm seemed to carry areas of dark bruising or discoloration. Similar marks had been visible in photographs from August and on the backs of his hands during earlier public appearances.
The White House had not provided a new explanation for the arm marks in response to the latest images at the time of the report.
Bruising alone cannot reveal its cause. It can result from minor injuries, medical procedures, medications, age-related skin changes or numerous other factors.
Drawing a diagnosis from a photograph would therefore be inappropriate.
Still, the recurrence of the marks has ensured that each new image receives intense scrutiny—particularly because Trump became the oldest person inaugurated as U.S. president when he began his second term.
Trump’s Hair Transformation Continues
The weekend also offered another look at Trump’s unexpected hair transformation.
When he arrived in New Jersey on Friday, his normally blond-gray hair appeared considerably darker and more brown. His familiar part also seemed to have shifted to the opposite side.
The altered appearance immediately triggered online speculation about coloring, styling and whether the president uses additional hairpieces.
Trump has repeatedly rejected claims that he wears a wig.
During a recent Rose Garden appearance, he addressed the issue directly, declaring: “I don’t wear a wig.”
He kept the darker hair largely hidden beneath a red MAGA cap while returning to Washington on Monday. Photographers captured him leaving Air Force One at Joint Base Andrews before he traveled back to the White House.
The hair itself is cosmetic, not medical. But its sudden change contributed to a weekend in which Trump looked noticeably different from his usual public image.

Official Doctor Says Trump Is Healthy
Questions about Trump’s physical fitness have circulated alongside videos in which critics say he appeared fatigued, as well as photographs showing swollen ankles and marks on his hands.
The president underwent annual physical and dental examinations at the end of May.
His physician, Navy Capt. Sean Barbabella, said afterward that Trump remained in “excellent health” and demonstrated strong cardiac, pulmonary, neurological and overall physical function.
That memorandum remains the administration’s official assessment.
The latest photographs do not disprove it, just as they cannot independently confirm any illness. They show only visible details—not laboratory results, diagnoses or the president’s complete medical condition.
The Daily Beast said it contacted the White House for additional comment.

An Image Problem Created by Allies
Perhaps the most striking aspect of the weekend was that the footage did not come from political opponents hiding behind telephoto lenses.
It came from Trump’s own supporters and former aide.
They wanted to present a vigorous president relaxing among loyal friends at his club. Instead, the casual images exposed him to the kind of examination normally minimized by official photographers and carefully managed events.
Trump returned to Washington after another weekend doing what he loves most: playing golf and receiving attention from admirers.
But as his allies enthusiastically posted their photographs, they also gave the public an unusually unfiltered look at America’s 80-year-old president—and revived questions the White House has struggled to put to rest.
