Megyn Kelly Revives Explosive Allegation Against Trump in Stunning Public Break

Conservative commentator Megyn Kelly has reignited one of the most controversial allegations ever tied to President Donald Trump — and the fallout is already exploding online.

During an appearance on the popular Hodgetwins Podcast, Kelly launched into a remarkably blunt critique of the president’s personal history, accusing Trump of repeatedly betraying the women in his life and questioning his moral authority to criticize others.

And then she brought up the allegation many believed would never be publicly revisited by a major conservative figure.

“Trump has cheated on every wife he’s had,” Kelly declared during the podcast discussion.

She referenced Trump’s highly publicized affair with Marla Maples while he was still married to his first wife, Ivana Trump, saying the scandal dominated New York tabloids at the time.

But Kelly went even further.

“Ivana, his first wife, accused him of raping her,” Kelly said, while adding that she personally could not verify the allegation herself.

The comments immediately sent shockwaves across political and media circles because the accusation remains one of the darkest and most controversial chapters connected to Trump’s past.

The allegation originated during the couple’s bitter divorce proceedings in the early 1990s, when Ivana Trump described a violent sexual encounter in a sworn deposition.

However, after details emerged publicly years later, Ivana later clarified that she did not intend the claim to be interpreted “in a literal or criminal sense” and eventually described the allegation as without merit.

Trump has always fiercely denied the accusation.

Still, Kelly’s decision to resurrect the subject publicly — especially from within conservative media circles — marked a dramatic escalation in tensions between the former Fox News host and the president.

The exchange reportedly began after Kelly criticized Trump for mocking former counterterrorism official Joe Kent over remarrying following the death of his first wife in combat.

Kelly appeared disgusted by Trump’s comments and argued the president lacked the moral standing to judge anyone’s personal relationships.

“Talk about a glass house,” she said sharply.

Then came perhaps the most brutal line of the interview.

“If you think Trump’s been faithful to Melania, that’s great,” Kelly remarked sarcastically. “You’ve got bigger issues than I can solve here.”

That comment instantly exploded online, with critics framing it as a direct shot at Trump’s marriage to Melania Trump.

The moment is especially striking because Kelly and Trump have had one of the most complicated relationships in conservative media history.

Their public feud began during the 2015 Republican primary debates, when Trump attacked Kelly after she questioned him about misogynistic comments toward women.

Over time, however, the relationship appeared to soften, with Kelly later moving closer to right-wing media circles often supportive of Trump and MAGA politics.

That’s why many observers were stunned to hear her publicly revisit accusations that even many Trump critics rarely discuss anymore.

The controversy also lands at a difficult moment for Trump, who is already facing mounting scrutiny over his health, erratic public appearances, Iran negotiations, and intensifying internal MAGA divisions.

And now, one of the most recognizable conservative media figures in America has reopened one of the most explosive personal allegations of his entire political career.
