Marjorie Taylor Greene Sparks MAGA Meltdown After ‘Next Chapter’ Post From Costa Rica

Former congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene has ignited a fresh MAGA civil war after posting a cryptic message about beginning her “next chapter” from what appeared to be a luxury tropical destination in Costa Rica.

And now even some of her former allies are turning on her.

The controversy exploded after Greene shared an Instagram photo alongside fiancé Brian Glenn, who recently stepped down from his role as a White House correspondent.

“I’m so thankful to start the next chapter with @brianglenntv ❤️,” Greene wrote.

Almost immediately, speculation erupted online that the former “America First” firebrand may be relocating outside the United States.

Then MAGA activist Laura Loomer escalated the drama dramatically.

Loomer publicly accused Greene of “fleeing the country” to Costa Rica and alleged the former congresswoman was now living in a multimillion-dollar mansion after reportedly selling her Georgia home earlier this year.

“Does this mean Marjorie Traitor Greene has applied for dual citizenship?” Loomer demanded online.

The accusations instantly detonated across conservative social media, where critics mocked the irony of one of MAGA’s loudest “America First” voices allegedly planning an international luxury lifestyle abroad.

Loomer further accused Greene of secretly preparing the move while still serving in Congress and suggested the situation undermined Greene’s longtime nationalist political branding.

The online feud quickly became another sign of growing fractures inside the MAGA movement itself.

Greene later attempted to calm the backlash by clarifying that she still officially lives in Georgia but plans to travel internationally.

Still, the controversy continued spiraling because Greene’s relationship with President Donald Trump has already become increasingly strained in recent months.

The former congresswoman shocked many conservatives after publicly criticizing Trump’s handling of issues tied to the late financier Jeffrey Epstein.

Her comments marked one of the rare times Greene openly broke with the president she had spent years aggressively defending.

Now some Trump loyalists appear to view Greene’s latest social media posts as further evidence she may be distancing herself politically — and personally — from the MAGA movement she once helped lead.

Others defended Greene, arguing political opponents and online influencers are exaggerating a simple vacation or lifestyle change into a manufactured scandal.

But critics say the optics are impossible to ignore.

For years, Greene built her national brand around fiery “America First” messaging, anti-globalist rhetoric, and attacks on political elites accused of abandoning ordinary Americans.

Now, watching one of MAGA’s biggest stars posting about a luxurious “next chapter” from Costa Rica has triggered accusations of hypocrisy from both the left and the right.

And once again, another internal MAGA feud is exploding into public view for the entire internet to watch.
